Country Show Day
Thank you to our incredible PTA for their outstanding support and hard work in making this year’s Country Show Day a tremendous success!
Our PTA members have been the driving force behind the scenes, dedicating their time, energy, and creativity to ensure that our students and families had a memorable and enjoyable Country Show Day. From organising games and activities to delicious food stalls and everything in between, they have gone above and beyond to create a fantastic experience for everyone.
So, a HUGE thank you to our PTA for their unwavering support and their continuous efforts in supporting our school and tamariki. We are fortunate to have such an incredible team of parents and teachers working together for the betterment of our school community.
Country Show Day 2023
From the PTA, thank you everyone for helping out, from running the stalls, baking, bringing in items, spending money on the day, purchasing back what you brought in for CSD.
A massive thank you to all our sponsors Bayleys, Golstruct Homes, Chevron, Go Bake, PowerDekor, EduExpert Silverdale, Heat & Cool Air Conditioning Ltd, Rug Doctor, MTF Finance, McDonalds, Millie’s, New World Orewa and Ruskalicious.
Our day wouldn’t be successful if we didn’t have a supportive community.
On the day we have raised $43,000, the funds are still coming in.
Our cake winner was Telyn Park from Rm 37, congratulations Telyn!

Silverdale School Board
To our community
The Board (Ann, Donna, Faye, David and Tim) wish to thank every one of you for your contribution to this year’s Country Show Day. Every jar, biscuit and raffle donation you provided helped raise a great deal of money for the school. Thank you also for the time many of you gave to help the event run on the day. And to all those who came and enjoyed themselves!
We are grateful too for how the teachers all got behind the occasion.
But our biggest thanks have to go to the PTA, led by Davina. The event could not have happened without these exceptional people, who invest so much time, energy and aroha into our school throughout the year.
We, the Board, have yet to decide how the funds will be spent for the school in 2024 but we have one objective: to ensure the students and staff are helped to reach their potential.
Nga mihi
